At Sawariya Bhawan, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be clear and fair to both our guests and our management operations.

1. Cancellation Terms

• Standard Cancellation (More than 48 hours before check-in): If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in time, a full refund will be issued, minus a minimal administrative/bank gateway fee (typically 5–10%).
• Late Cancellation (Within 24 to 48 hours of check-in): Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before check-in will incur a charge equal to 50% of the first night's booking cost.
• Same-Day Cancellation (Less than 24 hours before check-in): Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time are non-refundable.

2. Peak Season & Festival Bookings

During special occasions such as the Khatu Shyam Ji Lakhi Mela, Phalgun Mela, Ekadashi, and major national holidays, demand for accommodation is exceptionally high. Therefore:

• All room bookings made for peak festival dates are 100% non-cancellable and non-refundable.
